Ingredients :

  • 100g of flour
  • 2 large eggs (or 3 medium eggs)
  • 300ml of milk (type = your choice)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 tsp of butter

Method :

  • Add the flour, eggs (cracked), milk and salt into a large bowl
  • Mix until smooth
  • Turn your hob on a low heat
  • Lay your butter in the pan and wait until melted
  • Pour some of the mixture in the pan (enough to fill the base of it)
  • Wait until one of the sides of the pancake is evenly cooked
  • FLIP
  • Wait until the other side is evenly cooked
