Ingredients :
- 100g of flour
- 2 large eggs (or 3 medium eggs)
- 300ml of milk (type = your choice)
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 tsp of butter
Method :
- Add the flour, eggs (cracked), milk and salt into a large bowl
- Mix until smooth
- Turn your hob on a low heat
- Lay your butter in the pan and wait until melted
- Pour some of the mixture in the pan (enough to fill the base of it)
- Wait until one of the sides of the pancake is evenly cooked
- FLIP
- Wait until the other side is evenly cooked
