Ingredients:
3 yolks, 5 whites and butter
Method:
1. Whisk the yolks in a small bowl, until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
2. Beat the whites together until they form small white peaks when you pull out the whisk.
3. Gently, fold the yolks into the whites so that it remains fluffy.
4. Pour the mixture out onto a hot, butter covered, frying pan and set it onto low heat.
5. Wait 4 minutes, then spread out your favorite ingredients (e.g. ham, cheese or a selection of fruit)
6. Wait another 1 minute, fold the omelette in half and place it on a plate.

Dear Writer N,
Well done for posting your recipe independently at the weekend. π€©
I like your simple layout and clear instructions, as well as your suggestions for different fillings. I have never had fruit in an omelette before; which combinations would you recommend? πππ₯π₯₯
Do you know any other recipes that budding chefs could customise to their own tastes? Perhaps you could ask your friends and family members about their preferences?
Keep writing!
