pancake mix ( usually consists of milk, eggs, flour, baking soda and sugar)
a variety of forest berries
maple syrup ( or another (palm oil free) sweet condiment)
- Mix your pancake mixture together so that it is not lumpy
- Spread the mixture out onto an oiled or covered in baking paper sheet pan
- Sprinkle some berries out onto it
- Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
- Cut into neat squares
- Douse in maple syrup
- Enjoy!! 😎
