TOP 4 PACK LUNCHES

Pack lunches are usually a struggle for busy parents here are (in my opinion) some of the best pack lunches for kids.

  1. A ham and cheese bagel is simple but delicious and can be made in less than 2 minutes. This can be accompanied by an apple or some slices of cucumber for their 5 a day (I find it important to have your 5 a day every day.)Last the child may have a little treat (not every day) such as a biscuit or a piece of cake. Remember that if the school doesn’t allow these sorts of treats you can find alternatives such as a cereal bar.
  2. Pesto pasta. This is easy and healthy this may be accompanied by one of your 5 a day and a treat (mentioned above.)
  3. Rice and sausage is a good option as well because the flavour is tasty and it is balanced if you add the things mentioned above.
  4. A Toastie. If you do not know how to make this here is the recipe.

Ingredients

2 pieces of toast

Lots of cheese

Some ham(optional)

Method:

  1. Put the cheese on top of one piece of toast. Then add the ham and close on top with another piece of toast.
  2. Pour a tiny bit of oil on a pan and add the sandwich you made.
  3. Fry it until the cheese is melted.

You can eat this with a fruit and a treat.
