About three weeks ago I was doing HARD training. I had to do a drop bounce kick catch ten times whilst both of my friends had to do the same. Cadeyrn was extremely fast and was the best in my class in football club. Joe was a centre midfielder who made good passes and made lots of saves in goal .
I had to play a match where I was the goalkeeper. I was scared in goal, it felt like five dogs running toward me.
He shot. I saved it!
Haroon had the ball now and it felt like real football, like I was confident. I dived and got the ball but Joe scored. It was a handball. Cadeyrn was taking centre. He shot and scored. It was 1 -1. He was so happy, everybody on his team hugged him. It was a great goal and it tied us with the other team.
Somehow somebody’s handball had given us a chance! Haroon was taking it. He shot and scored we went to go hug him too. I was happy about what happened with the handball.
There was a penalty again and I thought was he gonna score? He went left, I went middle and I saved the ball. My team mates were full of relief and I was happy too. I felt relief because this meant we had a chance of winning. We hadn’t won a game since that time Joe scored and the final score was one – nil. I was on the ground really proud for Joe. It was a penalty I shot and scored it was amazing.
I felt like I was King of the World. At the end of the game the coach said, “This is the best game ever I saw.” Cadeyrn was rushing. He grabbed the ball and it was full time. I shook hands with Cadeyrn and felt excited I was a part of the team.
