For 100g
Ingredients:
50g of chocolate
15g of liquid cream
50g of whole milk
METHOD
- Boil the cream and milk in a small pan.
- Away from the heat add the chocolate and stir until it is melted.
- Put the pan back on to medium heat and cook for two minutes on boil while stirring with a spatula.
- To use straight away or store it in a little box and put it in the fridge.
