For 100g

Ingredients:

50g of chocolate

15g of liquid cream

50g of whole milk

METHOD

  1. Boil the cream and milk in a small pan.
  2. Away from the heat add the chocolate and stir until it is melted.
  3. Put the pan back on to medium heat and cook for two minutes on boil while stirring with a spatula.
  4. To use straight away or store it in a little box and put it in the fridge.
