Rules
- Never dress a cat on his/her birthday, give them tuna instead.
- For me the only exceptions are Halloween or Christmas, because my cat is very stubborn.
- You may disagree with animal dress up but you must admit it is cute.
- Always take pictures of your cat and send them to me in comments #alwayssmile
