Ingredients:

  • 100 grams Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 300ml Milk (type = your choice)
  • Butter

Instructions:

  • Put the flour into the bowl
  • Make a well and crack the eggs into the well
  • Add the milk and mix together
  • Put your hob on a low heat and add some butter to the pan.
  • Pour some of your crepe mixture into the pan (enough to fill the base)
  • Wait until the crepe appears to have bubbles on the top.
  • Flip the crepe.
  • Wait until it has bubbles on that side too.
  • Remove the crepe from the pan.
  • Repeat this step for the rest of the other crepes.
  • Keep your crepes in the oven to keep warm (DO NOT TURN YOUR OVEN ON!!!!!)
