Ingredients:
- 100 grams Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 300ml Milk (type = your choice)
- Butter
Instructions:
- Put the flour into the bowl
- Make a well and crack the eggs into the well
- Add the milk and mix together
- Put your hob on a low heat and add some butter to the pan.
- Pour some of your crepe mixture into the pan (enough to fill the base)
- Wait until the crepe appears to have bubbles on the top.
- Flip the crepe.
- Wait until it has bubbles on that side too.
- Remove the crepe from the pan.
- Repeat this step for the rest of the other crepes.
- Keep your crepes in the oven to keep warm (DO NOT TURN YOUR OVEN ON!!!!!)
