mini apple crumble- makes 2
- 1 cup spice cake mix
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 apple
method
- mix the butter and cake mix together to get a crumbly texture
- cut the apple in half, then thinly slice the halves
- lay out the apples in a mini skillet
- sprinkle the cake mix on top
- bake for 20 min (190 degrees)
teriyaki chicken
- chopped chicken breast
- soy sauce
- brown sugar
method
- fry the chicken until golden
- pour in the soy sauce
- then the sugar
- leave with lid for 2-5 minutes on low heat
cheesy broccoli
- cheese
- broccoli
- finely chopped garlic
method
- place the broccoli in a oven safe pan
- sprinkle with cheese and garlic
- bake for 15 minutes (180 degrees)
