Some people think of the positive and some people think of the negative. Today we will be talking about those people who think the negative. Lots of people don’t realise how great they really are. Some of those people even say mean stuff to themselves. I’m here to make those negative feeling people have a growth mind-set, which means to not give up and think of the positive.
I want you to every morning and night before you go to sleep or before you go to school (unless it’s a weekend) to think of 3 great things about you and to repeat this process over and over again and eventually you should have a big smile on your face. Also, when you get angry or stressed I want you to take deep breaths to calm yourself.
